Manual work is defined as "Manual work that is incidental to your Occupation and restricted to the use of hand tools only and does not account for more than 20% of your turnover or fee income."

On our product for Energy Contractors, this definition depends on your trade, and cover up to 100% is provided if that is the nature of the role.

This does not include installing and setting up computer or network equipment, but would be required for installing trunking and cabling, or if you are using any handheld tools - a drill, for example.
