Public Liability & Employer.s Liability Insurance come packaged in our Combined Liability policy. Cover starts from £110.
Many freelance contractors may find that their contract requires them to have both Public Liability Insurance and Employer's Liability Insurance in place. Both of these policies are provided in our Combined Liability package with the option to increase or add cover to ensure that the unique needs of your business are met.
Employer's Liability Insurance - Employers Liability Insurance is a legal requirement for UK businesses with more than one employee, and is the only mandatory insurance requirement for businesses, as set out in the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969.
If you trade from home, you may not know that your household insurance policy is unlikely to cover equipment owned by your business. The Combined Liability policy offered by Limited Company Insurance provides £5,000 cover for business equipment within the risk address noted on your schedule, as well as £1,000 of portable equipment anywhere in the UK. This can be extended to provide cover for portable equipment within the UK, EU or even Worldwide.
